Our company joined with P3 a few years ago and we have experienced nothing but expert support with all our HR needs. Michaela has been a fantastic asset, acting almost as if she is part of the company with her quick replies and excellent reports that allow us to monitor our companies needs more efficiently. I have worked with P3, and more specifically Claire, for over 6 years. I have engaged with P3 People over the past three years and it has been a real pleasure working with them and it has enabled me to grow the company as I wanted to by developing our culture and ensuring that we were recruiting, developing and retaining some great people. As with most businesses, we did have a few people issues to deal with and at those times I really appreciated that P3 People were there advising us and guiding us through the various procedures that we had to follow. Also, one of the most helpful things they did for us was to help us put our performance review process in place. We ran it for the first time in March-April last year and it went down very well with a positive response from the staff.
As our company has grown significantly now, we have recently recruited our own HR Director.
